The Data Protection Officer will participate in the Group's compliance from a data protection perspective, providing advice and assistance to the teams around the world whenever there is a processing of personal data.

Description

• To contribute to the implementation of the Group's Global Data Protection Program in the 45 countries where it operates and, support of the Group's Data Protection Network (around 60 Data Protection points of contact).
• To support innovative and digital initiatives ensuring that privacy and data protection issues are appropriately identified and addressed.
• To provide daily legal advice and practical solutions to internal teams on privacy and data protection-related matters.
• To support and animate the Global Data Protection Community.
• To provide training and raise awareness.
• To draft and/or review and negotiate appropriate data protection provisions in clients/suppliers contracts.

Profile

• Master degree on Personal Data Protection, Digital Law or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous solid professional experience practice in privacy/data protection with a law firm or an international company.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to understand business-driven needs, to work with a spirit of service and perform risk-assessment.
• Ability to task prioritization with clear action plan defined.
• Knowledge and experience on information security matters (Plus).
• CIPP/E, CIPM or CIPT certifications (Plus).
• Knowledge of the One Trust solution (Plus).
