Your New Role
- Follow internal processes to ensure data quality in key systems.
- Collect and validate accurate information to fully support customers.
- Process all Customer Master Data inputs and updates.
- Manage the administration of all customer-related data.
- Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations.
- Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors related to data or processes.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service with all stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement programs and efficiency initiatives.
- Inform the Team Lead about issues, risks, or opportunities identified in current activities.
- Participate in special data-related projects assigned by management.
What You Need To Be Successful
Minimum High School diploma;
Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company billing system;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Good Excel skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Professional manner and highly organized;
Proactive & adaptable;
Team player;
Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment;
Language skills: English.
