Your new role
• Define and maintain the overall Aftermarket data architecture and target design principles
• Align and steer multiple domain data teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and reuse
• Collaborate with Business Data Analysts to define data products, KPIs, and interfaces
• Establish and enforce standards for data modeling, integration, and quality within the Analytics Platform
• Act as the main interface between data architecture and governance, ensuring compliance and alignment
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance data capabilities
• Provide architectural guidance across ongoing projects, ensuring cost-efficient and scalable solutions
• Promote a unified, business-driven data architecture across regions and business functions
What You Need to Succeed
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Architect
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and design principles
• Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, lineage, and governance principles
• Experience coordinating and aligning multiple agile data teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Purview)
• Knowledge of data integration tools (ADF, PySpark, Synapse Pipelines, Qlik)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and data platform optimization practices
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Knowledge of Portuguese
• Experience with advanced data modeling approaches (Data Vault, Dimensional, Canonical)
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience defining data ownership models and lifecycle processes
