The Company You Will Work For  
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team working on innovative tools to support compliance with evolving environmental regulations in the shipping industry. This role is central to ensuring data quality, supporting tool development, and enabling business teams to make informed decisions based on reliable data.
You will report to the Program Director and work closely with the Product Owner, Project Managers, and Business Experts.

Your New Mission  

• Analyze and ensure data quality of five tools currently in development or in use, focused on greenhouse gas emissions compliance in the maritime sector.
• Work across the entire implementation cycle: from requirements gathering to deployment and user enablement.
• Support Data Owners in gaining proficiency with new tools and analytical processes.
• Investigate data inconsistencies using tools such as Snowflake, QlikSense, and others (e.g., VRS).
• Build and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Understand how dashboards are built and used, and how they support business use cases and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance tool efficiency and ensure data reliability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
• Ensure tools meet regulatory compliance standards and support transversal analysis across departments.
• Engage with Data Owners to trace the origin of data issues and propose corrective actions.

Expected Deliverables

• Data Quality Analysis Report: Identification of inconsistencies, errors, and data gaps, with detailed analysis.
• Data Improvement Plan: Actionable roadmap developed with development teams, including priorities and implementation timeline.
• Compliance Monitoring Framework: Definition of KPIs and validation processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Testing & Validation Results: Documentation of test outcomes, including compliance and performance assessments, and corrective actions taken.

What You Need to be Succeed

• Min 3 years of experiencie in a similar role (junior to mid-level).
• Background in logistics or shopping is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with data governante and regulatory frameworks is desirable.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake (mandatory).
• Proficiency in QlikSense and dashboard analysis.
• Experience with data quality assessment and statistical analysis.
• Ability to build and optimize SQL quereis for data extraction and validation.
• Ability to wok autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French is a big pus
