Your new Company
A global medical products and technologies company is looking for an Customer Service Team Lead – Spanish, English and Portuguese (m/f/d).

Your new role
The Team Lead Customer Service sits within the Order to Cash Family and is responsible for managing a multicultural team, whilst ensuring the highest Customer Service and key deadlines are met.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Order and Issue Management;
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Flexibility & Compliance
What you need to be successful
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
  • 4 Years + Proven experience of managing Customer Services teams
  • Preferred experience in order and dispute management and EDI processes
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft software applications, with complete understanding of Sales & Distribution modules in SAP & advanced MS excel and reporting skills
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and operations
  • English, Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) mandatory
