Role in a nutshell:

Now we're looking for a Spanish & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our Porto Salvo office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Responsibilities:

? Providing support in Spanish by email and Live chats;

? Processing with great attention to details and content;

? Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

? Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

? Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

? Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;

? Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

? Strong communication and negotiation skills;

? Attention to detail;

? Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
