Your new Company An innovation-driven medical technology growth company dedicated to developing clinically differentiated solutions, powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, is looping for a Customer Support – German and English Speaker (m/f/d).
Your new role Manage order processing and customer support for the DACH region as a Medical Device Consultant Serve as a key liaison between the Customer Care Team, Sales, Key Account Management, and Process Specialists to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Oversee the complete order lifecycle—from entry through to final delivery to the customer Coordinate transportation logistics, monitor delivery schedules, and manage backorders Track shipments and handle damage or loss claims in collaboration with logistics partners Set up and maintain consignment stock locations, including inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and regular audits Manage stocking, supervision, and inventory of external consignment warehouses Maintain accurate customer data and communication records in the CRM system (SFCD) Support continuous process improvement initiatives, contribute to the development and updating of quality manuals (QM), and participate in cross-functional projects Potential for direct telephonic interaction with customers (B2B/B2H)
What you need to be successful Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally German native/fluency or C2 minimum + English (read/write/B2) Experience working with Oracle (ERP), Power Bi, Salesforce (CRM system) preferable/advantageous Work closely with regional and global teams to optimise processes and improve systems
