Company Description

Shaperbuddy is the go-to software for shapers and surf brands managing board production - from customer order to board in the water. Were growing and improving and we're looking for someone who bridges the surf world and the tech world.



What you'll do

Be the first point of contact for customers across Europe, North America and South America

Handle technical questions and guide clients through onboarding with confidence

Create video tutorials, help articles and user guides

Run product demos and close deals with new customers

Spot growth opportunities and follow up on leads


What we're looking for

Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

Comfortable with software, technology and digital tools

A natural mix of support and sales - you listen well and you know how to close

Self-driven, organized and a strong written communicator

Bonus: you surf or have a deep connection to surf culture
