Join a multinational Medical Devices company by taking on the role of Customer Service Specialist, based in Lisbon.
Your new role
You will be responsible for customer service activities, including handling B2B customer interactions, managing sales and consignment orders, resolving complaints, and overseeing invoicing processes and credit/debit adjustments (including EDI).
You will also coordinate daily with internal teams, as well as with freight companies to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Additionally, you will support public tender operations by researching opportunities, preparing quotations, revising customer pricing, and submitting proposals via platforms like Vortal.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the healthcare sector (Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. High level of English or Spanish is required. Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle E1 is a plus). Experience in consignment handling and public tenders will be highly valued.
