Your new role

As a Customer Service Specialist, this person will

• Manage the end-to-end customer order and service lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfilment and invoicing
• Handle replenishments, spot interventions, and backorders, ensuring timely resolution of material shortages
• Maintain and update customer master data in ERP systems
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and manage returns
• Support stock counts and inventory activities
• Work closely with sales teams and logistics partners
• Provide regular reporting and insights on customer portfolio performance and process anomalies

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Medical Devices sector
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt and manage stress effectively
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems
