Norwegian Customer Support Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated and customeroriented Norwegianspeaking Customer Support Representative to join an international BPO project based in Lisbon, Portugal .
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting customers of wellknown international brands, ensuring a highquality, clear and solutionfocused customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Main Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
Provide accurate information regarding online purchases, orders and order tracking
Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Register and update customer information in internal systems
Follow defined procedures and contribute to the smooth operational performance of the project
Meet quality, performance and customer satisfaction targets

Candidate Profile

Native or fluent level of Norwegian (mandatory)
Good level of English for internal communication and training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customerfocused mindset with a problemsolving attitude
Ability to work in a fastpaced, multicultural team environment
Previous experience in customer support or contact centre environments is a plus, but not mandatory
