Your New Company:
A prestigious client is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Customer Service (m/f/d) in Matosinhos.

Your New Role:
As a Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for the clients, managing their inquiries and orders with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Register clients and suppliers in the system, maintaining their respective files. 
• Entry and follow-up of orders in the system.
• Manage purchase and sales orders and ensure their follow-up.
• Invoicing, support, and follow-up of internal orders.
• Open and follow up on complaints until they are resolved.
• Attend to requests, complaints, and inquiries from clients and suppliers.
• Ensure clients and suppliers receive the necessary and requested documentation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the responsible party.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Knowledge in English
• Knowledge in Spanish will be valued
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Responsible and organised
