We are looking for Dutch-speaking team members to join our international team to provide a great customer experience to out clients.

The role

• Advise customers on our coffee retail products
• Assist customers with online purchases and troubleshooting basic technical issues (e.g. account access, order tracking)
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, always looking for solutions
• Record and update customer information in our systems accurately

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1/C2) - mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage (barista experience is a plus, but not required)
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
