• Lead and develop the Customer Operation team.
• Coordinate daily operations, review KPIs, and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full order cycle and ensure alignment with logistics and production.
• Support the commercial area in the implementation of new projects.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with internal processes.

Perfil desejado

• Solid experience in leadership roles within Customer Operation roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of English, French and/or German.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and a results oriented mindset.
