Principais responsabilidades

Our client is looking to strengthen its team with a customer-oriented, dynamic professional with experience in order management and operational coordination.

• Manage the full order lifecycle, from reception to final delivery and setup.
• Validate orders, process changes, and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and distributors.
• Coordinate information across logistics, production, project teams, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor deadlines, anticipate potential delays, and communicate updated delivery forecasts proactively.
• Prepare all required documentation related to shipments and on-site deployment activities.
• Support commercial teams in the execution of projects, proposals, and customer requests.
• Manage the backlog efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of pending tasks.
• Participate in daily team meetings and provide performance updates to management.

Perfil desejado

• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or similar roles (preferably in an industrial environment).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, teamwork spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of English, French and/or German.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
