We are looking for a CRM Application Support Engineer with:

• Solid experience in application support / RUN in critical production environments

• Knowledge of .NET/C#, MS SQL Server (Dynamics365 is a plus)

• Understanding of web applications, APIs, relational databases, job schedulers, and monitoring tools

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)

• Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and incident tracking across distributed systems

• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

• Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux environments and scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python is a plus)

• Ability to analyze business issues and translate them into technical investigations

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders

• Autonomous, analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure


Location: Lisbon Hybrid


Level of Experience: Senior and Mid (+3 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,100 to €2200 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
