• Looking for a Credit and Collection - Dutch Speaker.

Description

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments are received;
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement collection strategies;
• Communicate with Dutch-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies;
• Prepare and analyze credit reports for internal stakeholders;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses;
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding credit and collections.

Profile

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in credit and collections or a similar field;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including MS Office;
• Excel knowledge is mandatory;
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
