We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to join an Investment Administration team and take an active role in the end-to-end management of Corporate Actions. This is an opportunity for someone with solid operational experience who enjoys combining technical expertise, accuracy and autonomy in an international financial environment

Description

• Managing the preparation and processing of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions;
• Collecting, validating and enriching information related to Corporate Action events;
• Ensuring timely and accurate setup, instruction, processing and payment of Corporate Action events;
• Handling enquiries from Portfolio Managers and providing accurate and comprehensive information;
• Applying the four-eye principle whenever required, ensuring appropriate operational controls;
• Maintaining and updating procedures in line with changes in markets, products, services and potential risk factors;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field;
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Investment Operations or Back Office services, with relevant exposure to Corporate Actions;
• Hands-on experience processing mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions;
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and related processes will be valued;
• Good command of English, with French and/or German considered an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
• Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a dynamic environment.
