Contract & Invoicing Management Back Office Support - Global Business Services - Santarém
Principais responsabilidades
Responsabilities:
* Creation of service contracts in the system
* Activation, adjustments and deactivation of contracts in the system
* Monthly invoicing to the end customers
* Working with internal Schmitz Cargobull Systems to provide support internally and externally (SAP, CRM, Enterprise)
* Processing support tickets
* Close cooperation with Service Sales Managers, Accounting team and the team in the headquarters
Perfil desejado
Profile:
* Completed vocational training in a commercial field
* Experience in working with SAP ERP, MS Office
* Minimum one year of experience in similar roles
* English language required, any additional foreign language is an advantage (especially German)
* Analytical and structured approach

* Independent and result-oriented working style
* Good communication skills and assertiveness
* Strong customer and service orientation
