Based in Lisbon, this role supports HR by managing operational aspects across European offices, focusing on Spain, Italy, and Portugal. You'll proactively handle daily HR tasks, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with policies. Collaborating with various teams, you'll help deliver an efficient employee experience and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Description

• Manage employee data and maintain accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management across European offices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Support payroll processes and benefits administration for Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and reports to support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate office facilities, equipment delivery, and access for new hires.
• Assist with finance procedures including invoice allocation and supplier queries.
• Provide backup support during team absences and manage remote location needs.

Profile

• Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in HR, client services, or support functions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with European labor laws, especially Spanish and Italian regulations.
• Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
