Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Aim of the role;

Lead and support cross-functional projects, using Lean and project management methodologies to enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end projects: from task coordination to progress tracking and stakeholder engagement
• Apply Lean tools to identify root causes and drive solution implementation
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Support internal initiatives for team communication, innovation, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or project management
• 3+ years in project management or continuous improvement roles
• Proficiency with Lean tools (Green Belt or above is a plus)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Comfortable with tools like Power BI, Power Query, SmartSheet, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in multinational environments
• Available for occasional international travel
• Nice to have a familiarity with Finance or Shared Service operations
• Basic understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
