Your new role:- Lead and manage large-scale Lean improvement projects and programs
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Lean practices and change adoption
- Perform workflow analysis, identify bottlenecks and implement remediation
- Report progress, risks and dependencies to program leadership and committees
- Recommend decisions to ensure delivery and benefits realization
- Drive Lean standards and align with project methodology
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and lead teams to meet performance targets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of various virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, Citrix).
What You Need to Succeed
- 7+ years’ experience in continuous improvement / project management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)
- Proven track record with Lean/process improvement initiatives (non-tech and tech)
- Strong project management and workflow analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English B2) and presentation skills
- Results-driven, accountable, able to work autonomously under tight deadlines
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- International exposure and ability to travel when required
- Experience with automation and financial controls
