About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Producer to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling, engaging content across multiple formats and channels, helping us attract, inform, and inspire our audience - from potential customers to industry thought leaders.

What You'll Do

• Plan and produce content across formats: blog posts, social media, email marketing, product one-pagers, case studies, white-papers, etc.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages
• Own and maintain the company's content calendar
• Help define tone and messaging across touchpoints
• Write content tailored to different buyer personas with the right tone and message.
• Create content for each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on results
• Create content with the goal of generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and positioning the company as a thought leader.
• Stay on top of content trends and new formats in tech and B2B marketing

We're Looking For

• We're looking for a versatile content creator - someone who can write compelling copy, produce short videos, add subtitles, and create eye-catching visuals for LinkedIn carousels and other multimedia formats.
• Experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or similar roles
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus!)
• A portfolio that shows you can write for different formats and audiences
• Ability to turn technical or complex concepts into simple, engaging stories
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Curious, proactive, organized, and with a strong sense of ownership
• Ideally, we're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to support and enhance content production.
