Coordinates the delivery and management of applications related with customer and subscription management, according to the roadmap and business objectives, by developing technical solutions that ensure high-performance, user-friendly software applications based on the given functional analysis and IT standards.


- Works in partnership with the product owner or Project Manager, to review product viability and technical feasibility;

- Analyses and propose the detailed development methodology, platform, tools and code required in accordance with pre-defined solution and IT standards;

- Coordinates and monitors web applications development activities performed by internal and external resources, in accordance with the defined technical requirements and timings;

- Monitors performance of deliveries made, identifying and evaluating the suitability of adjustments and the compliance with requirements, as well as perform code reviews, diagnoses and troubleshooting, ensuring back-up and upgrade processes;

- Seeks continuous improvement of the processes under management, analysing and correcting ineficiencies in order to maximize the existent the allocated resources;

- Motivates, mentors and develops people to drive team performance, managing the work of others in an effective way.


- Degree in IT or similar;

- Similar professional experience in a multinational environment;

- 7 years of experience in a similar role;

- Fluent in portuguese and english.
