Your new role
As a Functional Consultant for Cegid ERP, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them throughout the lifecycle of ERP initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure that systems are configured to deliver real business value. The role involves hands-on participation in implementation and support activities, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of Cegid ERP projects across different business environments
- Gather functional requirements and perform in-depth analysis of internal processes
- Configure and parametrise Cegid ERP modules in line with client needs and best practices
- Provide ongoing functional support during and after implementation phases
- Train end users and operational teams to ensure effective system adoption
- Identify opportunities to optimise, streamline and improve existing ERP solutions
- Build long-lasting client relationships based on reliability, transparency and commitment
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience working with Cegid ERP Primavera in functional consulting or implementation roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and redesign business processes
- Practical experience in ERP configuration and functional customisation
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications; exposure to cloud environments or Azure is an advantage
- A consultative mindset with a results-oriented and problem-solving approach
- Ability to adapt to different organisational contexts and client realities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- High levels of autonomy, organisation and accountability
