Your New Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Analytics solutions, especially with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Knowledge and experience with SAP Datasphere is a strong advantage. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP Analytics solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of data management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and analytical needs.
- Design and implement SAP Analytics solutions, including SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP Data Services or other ETL tools.
- Optimise and maintain existing SAP Analytics solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on SAP Analytics tools and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Analytics solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in SAP Analytics and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Analytics solutions with other business applications.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, HSE regulations, policies, and standardised operating procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as instructed by the superior in charge, in compliance with applicable laws and company rules.
- Ensure compliance with area-specific customer requirements.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, especially SAP BW and SAP HANA.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
- Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP Datasphere is a plus.
- SAP certification in SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
