Key Responsibilities:
• Drive day-to-day commercial activity for a portfolio of real estate assets, including residential and touristic developments.
• Actively manage the full sales cycle-from lead qualification and property presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
• Engage directly with potential buyers, agents, and partners to promote assets and secure transactions.
• Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely deal progression.
• Represent the project at events, property showcases, and client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
• Coordinate closely with marketing to align on promotional materials, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
• Prepare regular sales reports, tracking KPIs such as leads, visits, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, agencies, and key clients to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Handle buyer questions, objections, and requests, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales or commercial roles, ideally in residential or hospitality-linked assets.
• BSc/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Architecture or a related field (Preferred)
• Strong sales execution skills, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed commercial targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients, brokers, and investors.
• High level of commercial awareness and client focus.
• Team player with a proactive and resilient attitude.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
