We're looking for a CNC Operator (Turning) to join an innovative and fast-growing company operating in the global semiconductor industry.
What you'll be doing
- Operate CNC machines to produce graphite and silicon products
- Work with existing programs, machining instructions, and tooling
- Measure first-off products and make adjustments where needed
- Create or improve CNC programs for new products
- Use measuring equipment, generate reports, and interpret results
- Optimize machining processes and cutting conditions
- Collaborate to define and improve machining standards
What we're looking for
- Background in machining (MBO/LBO or similar)
- CNC machining and/or basic programming knowledge
- Understanding of cutting tools
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a CNC Operator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Quality-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player aligned with innovation, collaboration, and customer focus
