Syone is looking for a Cisco Support Specialist to join our team and support the daily operation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco communication and collaboration systems. This role is key to ensuring the reliability, performance, and user satisfaction of our telephony and conferencing infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for unified communications.
• Administer Cisco Finesse, supporting agent and supervisor desktop environments.
• Manage and configure Cisco Compatible Extensions (CCX) for extended communication capabilities.
• Oversee Cisco IM&P (Instant Messaging & Presence) services.
• Maintain and support CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) systems.
• Configure and ensure proper operation of call recording systems.
• Manage video conferencing systems using Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS).
• Provide support and administration for Cisco Jabber and Cisco Meet.

Troubleshooting & Monitoring:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Cisco platforms.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identify faults, and apply corrective actions.

User Support & Training:

• Provide end-user support for Cisco communication tools.
• Deliver training and guidance to users on platform features and usage.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco infrastructure tools and platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and end-users.
• Experience with documentation and user training is a plus.
