Role Mission:
To act as a strategic partner to the management, leading the company’s financial management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. The CFO will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling all financial, accounting, tax and treasury activities, ensuring compliance with national and international accounting standards, and supporting decision-making with reliable financial information and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short, medium and long-term financial planning aligned with the company’s real estate project portfolio.
- Structure financing operations, capital raising and strategic partnerships with banks, real estate investment funds and institutional investors.
- Manage cash flow for multiple projects, ensuring liquidity and healthy financial balance. Analyse and validate the economic feasibility of new investments, including due diligence of land and developments.
- Oversee the setup and management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for specific projects, when applicable.
- Ensure full compliance with national accounting standards (SNC) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) where required.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, partners, external auditors and other stakeholders.
- Present management and financial performance reports to the CEO and Board.
- Implement cost optimisation and internal control policies.
- Lead, motivate and develop the finance, accounting and controlling team.
Perfil do Candidato
Requirements:
Education:
- University degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
- Postgraduate studies, MBA or professional certifications in Finance or Accounting will be an asset.
Experience:
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in investment, construction, property development or real estate funds.
- Demonstrated track record in structuring project financing for large-scale developments.
- Experience negotiating with banks, investment funds and strategic partners.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (SNC/IFRS) and applicable taxation.

- Strong strategic thinking and financial modelling abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality and responsibility.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).
