Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Chef de Rang to be part of Caffè dell’Oro team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization.

A contemporary Italian restaurant in a truly privileged location, Caffè dell’Oro offers unmatched views of the Ponte Vecchio—best enjoyed from one of its outdoor lounges overlooking Lungarno degli Acciauoli, the pedestrian promenade that runs along the river in the heart of Florence.

The interiors strike a balance between mid-century design and understated elegance. Brass details, 1950s-inspired furnishings, and vintage photography evoke the city’s postwar golden age, while fresh flowers and curated coffee table books add warmth and character without pretense.

The atmosphere is carefully composed: the gentle hum of the city filtering through wide windows, the scent of a breakfast buffet made with seasonal ingredients, and in the evening, the unmistakable rhythm of aperitivo—an essential part of Florentine life, and a hallmark of the Lungarno Collection.

Requirements:

·        Previous experience in similar positions and luxury background

·        Experience of Italian and worldwide wine list

·        Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is considered a plus

·        Fluency in English and Italian. The knowledge of a third language is considered a plus

·        Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

·        Problem Solving

·        Team working

·        Knowledge of F&B computer system (Micros)

·        Love for the city of Florence
