Perfil do Candidato

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team with clear vision and high standards.
• Develop innovative seasonal menus that combine European culinary techniques with local ingredients.
• Uphold and further build the strong reputation Louvre Michaelense has achieved in recent years.
• Collaborate closely with management to align culinary direction with the restaurant’s identity.
• Ensure the highest quality, consistency, and sustainability in all kitchen operations.
• Previous experience in the role of Chef de Cuisine, honesty, commitment and true passion for the role.
