 Your New Role

• Lead and support organisational change initiatives across global transformation programmes.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement and adoption plans.
• Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into broader transformation roadmaps.
• Coach and support leaders through periods of change and organisational transition.
• Develop reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Development.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• PROSCI, PMP or similar certification will be considered a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
