Adecco is recruiting a Tech Project Manager. The client is an applied research and technology institute that is expanding its portfolio of data and technology projects across public, private, and non-profit sectors. As the institute scales its activities and its AI Experimentation Lab (AI X Lab) becomes operational, there is a requirement for dedicated project management capacity to ensure structured delivery, coordination, and strategic follow-through across multiple simultaneous initiatives. The Tech Project Manager role is designed to bridge technical project execution with business development, client engagement, and the commercial exploration of the AI X Labs capabilities. The position focuses on end-to-end management of data and technology projects, while also supporting the growth of partnerships and revenue streams through structured collaboration with external organizations.

What You Will Do?

• Ensure end-to-end management of data and technology projects, from initial planning through to delivery oversight and completion.

• Coordinate stakeholders across public, private, and non-profit sectors, maintaining structured communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.

• Track project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring financial performance and reporting deviations to support informed decision-making.

• Oversee delivery across multiple simultaneous initiatives, ensuring coordination, risk management, and strategic follow-through in line with institutional priorities.

• Manage client and partner relationships, maintaining ongoing engagement and addressing project-related requirements and expectations in a timely manner.

• Identify new collaboration opportunities with external organizations, supporting the expansion of partnerships and associated revenue streams.

• Translate the AI Experimentation Labs technical capabilities into tangible value propositions, framing solutions that respond to external stakeholders needs.

• Contribute to business development activities, including preparation and participation in business pitches and commercial discussions related to AI and data projects.

Your Skills

• Demonstrated project management skills, including structured planning, stakeholder coordination, budget tracking, and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives.

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, data, and emerging technologies, with the ability to engage with technical concepts and innovation-driven work.

• Background in technology or management is valued, providing a foundation for understanding both technical execution and organizational decision-making.

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments, managing diverse perspectives and expertise.

• Ability to operate comfortably in both project planning meetings and business pitch settings, adapting communication style to technical and commercial audiences.

• High level of curiosity and organization, combined with a focus on impact and measurable outcomes in data and technology projects.
