Your New Role
You will take on a key position within the finance team, being responsible for ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and supporting the financial accuracy of the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Full-cycle accounting, monthly and annual closing processes
- Preparation and submission of tax obligations (IRC, IVA, SAFT, Modelo 22, IES)
- Reconciliation of accounts, analysis of deviations, and preparation of reports for management
- Support to audits and interaction with external auditors
- Monitoring of fixed assets, inventories, and cost structures in an industrial environment
- Ensuring compliance with SNC, fiscal regulations, and internal procedures
- Participation in process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives
What You Need to Succeed
- Certified Accountant – mandatory
- Proven professional experience in industrial companies (preferably medium to large structures)
- Strong technical knowledge of SNC, tax legislation, and reporting practices
- Solid experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
