As part of the growth of its Shared Services Center, our client is looking for a Cash Collection Specialist French Speaker to join its team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer account queries to ensure accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable balances.
- Monitor due and overdue balances, maximizing on-time payments from customers.
- Perform collection activities in line with the market collection strategy.
- Identify and escalate potential bad debt risks while supporting mitigation actions.
- Respond to collection-related queries from both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a high level of customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Analyze service performance KPIs and contribute to Daily Operational Reviews (DORs).
- Participate in root cause analysis, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
- Execute internal controls and compliance procedures related to collection activities.
- Review and suggest updates to processes and standard routines in line with legal or operational changes.

Profile Required

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements.
- Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
