We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Service Staff member to join a luxury private villa in Ibiza for the upcoming season.

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet and personalized service to an international UHNW clientele.

The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly professional team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience in a demanding and refined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience at all times
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining impeccable presentation and service etiquette
• Prepare and maintain dining and service areas before, during and after each service
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and discreet service experience
• Maintain a professional and polished environment throughout the property
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Receive and manage guest requests, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of all service areas
• Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations

Perfil do Candidato

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments (private villas, luxury hotels, yachts or fine dining restaurants)
• Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile international clients
• Advanced level of English is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment
• Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented attitude
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
