As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end "pre-sales to cash" process. You will ensure accurate data management in SAP, provide administrative support to sales and logistics teams, and contribute to efficient invoicing and reporting processes.
Description
Managing and updating customer and sales data in SAP and related platforms;
Supporting local sales teams with administrative tasks and documentation;
Assisting in the preparation and verification of invoices and supplier data;
Coordinating logistics-related master data and procurement support;
Generating reports and KPIs to support business operations;
Participating in system optimisation and process improvement initiatives;
Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders across multiple European countries.
Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or business support;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a shared service or industrial environment;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English;
Proactive mindset and ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced setting;
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
