  • Looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager.

Description

  • Lead a team focused on reviewing, documenting and enhancing business processes across finance operations, driving efficiency, quality and consistency;
  • Support the transition of finance activities into a centralized shared services environment, ensuring a smooth and sustainable migration;
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable future-state solutions;
  • Partner with regional stakeholders and operational teams to understand requirements, manage risks, and align on process design;
  • Develop and execute change management initiatives covering communication, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, adoption, and post-transition support;
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to define responsibilities, service expectations, and operational standards;
  • Identify and mitigate process, technology, compliance, and operational risks associated with transformation initiatives;
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on service excellence, control effectiveness, productivity, and cost optimisation;
  • Lead root-cause analysis activities and implement practical, measurable solutions;
  • Monitor performance metrics, support issue resolution, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working;
  • Act as a trusted partner between business teams and centralized operations, promoting collaboration and alignment;
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Profile

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or finance operations;
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience;
  • Strong background in change management, shared services, process transitions, or organisational transformation projects;
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and multicultural environments is highly desirable;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex processes and recommend pragmatic solutions;
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and operational improvement methodologies;
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or similar frameworks is advantageous;
  • Project management experience is considered a strong asset;
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
