Description

• Act as a key business partner to stakeholders across multiple functions, gathering reporting requirements and translating them into meaningful performance insights;
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of KPI data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and consistency;
• Define and maintain standardized metrics, reporting methodologies, governance rules, and ownership structures;
• Deliver recurring management reporting packs that highlight business performance, key trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations;
• Analyse performance indicators to identify variances, patterns, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights to decision-makers;
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify reporting needs, resolve data issues, and enhance reporting effectiveness;
• Develop clear and impactful dashboards, presentations, scorecards, and executive reports for senior leadership;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting automation, data quality, process efficiency, and visualization capabilities;
• Communicate complex data in a concise and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Build strong relationships across the business while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline;
• Experience in business analysis, performance reporting, management information, data analytics, or KPI governance;
• Proven track record of partnering with multiple stakeholders and converting business requirements into reporting solutions;
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, or performance packs;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting or visualization tools;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing deadlines;
• Proactive, inquisitive, and committed to delivering high-quality and accurate information;
• Knowledge of finance, business performance management, or operational reporting environments would be advantageous.
