* Plan and facilitate end-to-end business process review meetings and workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the IT organization.
* Document and map current (As-Is) processes using Microsoft Visio and other BPM tools with a high level of clarity and accuracy.
Description
* Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities within existing IT processes.
* Design optimized (To-Be) processes, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, architecture, and service delivery models.
* Collaborate closely with IT leadership, enterprise architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure cohesive execution of process improvements.
* Create clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings, proposed solutions, and roadmaps using Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Support change management and transition planning to embed process improvements into daily operations.
Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis, ideally within IT or technologydriven environments.
* Strong experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Expert-level skills in process mapping using Microsoft Visio.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for stakeholder communications and presentations.
* Deep understanding of IT business functions and processes (e.g., service delivery, application development, change/release management, infrastructure, support, sales).
* Solid working knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to operate independently and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
