Who are we:

Conclusion Lifecycle is the Managed Services brand of Conclusion Iberia, focused on delivering long-term, scalable IT services across the full lifecycle, from build to run. It brings together the Managed Services operation that was previously part of Neotalent Conclusion, with a clearer focus on lifecycle ownership, operational excellence and long-term partnerships. Conclusion Lifecycle also acts as the incubator for new lifecycle-based service offerings within Conclusion Iberia.

Role Overview:

As a Business Manager Manager, you will deliver excellence and financial performance within Conclusion Lifecycle.

You will expand our service portfolio, develop long-term client relationships and manage domain specific teams.

This role blends business development and people management, ensuring that both customers and teams thrive.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field;
• 4+ years of experience in Business Management;
• Experience in the IT services or Managed Services market;
• Solid financial skills and experience in financial management;
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Experience in multinational environments and managing cross-cultural teams;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
