Your new company
You will be joining a leading international technology and consulting organisation, recognised for delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions across multiple industries. Operating in Portugal with a growing footprint, the company is undergoing a strategic expansion, supported by a new leadership structure within its commercial division.

Your new role
As a Business Development Manager focused on SAP solutions, you will play a key role in driving new business growth within the national market. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving new business acquisition (hunting), with a strong focus on prospecting and generating opportunities.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts while prioritising new customer acquisition.
  • Selling SAP-based solutions (including ERP and broader enterprise management systems).
  • Developing and executing strategic account and territory plans.
  • Leading complex sales cycles, from initial engagement through to negotiation and closing.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams within a matrix environment.

What you will need to succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, consulting, or technology services, ideally within enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience selling SAP solutions is highly valued; experience with other ERP solutions will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive and commercially driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
