Your Role

The Business Development Admin Support plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards growth by supporting the Head of Business Development NA&EU as well as Business Development Managers in their day to day operations. The position not only contributes to immediate revenue but also lays the groundwork for sustainable long-term success.


The role of Business Development Admin Support will involve:

  • Support the Head of Business Development NA&EU as well as Business Development Managers
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in a new field of business.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to board-level stakeholders and potential clients, incl. internal reporting of BD funnel health.
  • Forecasts and demand planning.
  • Planning and monitoring appointments with business partners, coordinating appointments, and organizing visit programs.
  • Performing administrative/coordination support tasks for correspondence with customer (e.g, handling of NDAs)
  • Project support (detailing and defining individual work steps; estimating time requirements; specifying and describing interfaces; proposing content and coordinating it; managing and monitoring project execution; tracking compliance with objectives (quality, costs, and deadlines) and, where necessary, proposing and initiating corrective measures (if required, after prior coordination); monitoring the effectiveness of measures; reporting on project status).
  • Coordinating tasks within the department on behalf of the supervisor and initiating cooperation and support from the relevant internal and external departments
  • Create network with key internal partners to gain efficiency and strong commitment to deliver


Your Experience

As a Business Development Admin Support you will have:

  • Degree in business management, or equivalent; potential apprenticeship possible.
  • 0-2 years in administrative functions, e.g. project management support with customer-facing tasks.
  • Strong organization skills


You will ideally have :

  • Strategic market & business acumen
  • Experience within market research
  • Relationship/networking skills
  • Financial reporting and data analytics
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, demanding environments
  • Work in an international environment with demanding customers
  • Operate in a challenging and innovative business segment
