Description

• Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations teams
• Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Drive pricing strategies and profitability improvements across products, projects and customers
• Monitor sales mix, margins and key business drivers to identify growth opportunities
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, business planning and ROI analysis activities
• Support international growth initiatives through financial evaluation and performance tracking
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting capabilities and management information
• Play an active role in BI and ERP transformation projects, helping improve data quality, visibility and decision-making

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance business partnering role
• Strong knowledge of management control and FP&A principles, including costing, margin analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Power BI
• Comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
