We seek a business analyst who is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

"Residency in Porto or Lisbon"

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic, multicultural team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate business needs and proposed solutions
• Prioritize requests, manage project portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Document requirements and support both testing and change management
• Contribute to solution implementation and user testing phases

Technical Profile:

• Experience with project management methodologies, process analysis, and testing practices
• Solid understanding of business data needs and data management challenges
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian is a strong advantage

Soft Skills:

• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player in a multicultural environment
