• SAP FICO & Retail Finance Expertise with Application Lifecycle Management: Deep functional knowledge and extensive experience with SAP FICO, specifically tailored for Retail, E-Commerce, and payments, including a strong understanding of integrating SAP FICO with other critical SAP modules such as RB, CS, and PI/PO.
• This role demands comprehensive involvement across the entire application lifecycle for finance applications, from meticulous requirements gathering and robust solution design to implementation, configuration, thorough testing, and detailed documentation. Furthermore, expertise in managing and leveraging tools like Matchbox for non-cash-payment reconciliation is essential.
• Business Analysis & Application Maintenance: Key responsibilities include robust business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to define processes and evaluate enhancements, and implementing new requirements.
• The role also covers comprehensive application maintenance, providing third-level support, and ensuring operational excellence for finance applications.
• Qualifications & Professional Acumen: A university degree in IT/Engineering or certified Financial Group Accounting, with mandatory English proficiency, is required.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, active listening, teamwork, and a proactive, self-starting approach, with an advantage for SAP Solution Manager experience and Agile methodology knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align functional outcomes with technical deliverables.
• Prepare test scenarios, support SIT/UAT cycles, and track defects through closure.
• Contribute to deployment readiness, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare.
• Promote adherence to the global template and project governance standards.
