Hexa Consulting is looking for an AI Governance and Change Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and development of scalable backend solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor the progress of strategic projects and support change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and internal regulations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
