We are seeking a Senior Production Controller with a strong background in Accounting & Finance within the Technology industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

Description

• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing production performance and key business metrics to support operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Coordinating production planning activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Providing financial insights and support to decision-making processes at various levels of the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, including JSOX requirements.
• Identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Preparing accurate and timely reporting maps and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the business in the economic management of projects, including cost optimization and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.

Profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within international companies in the Technology sector.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical sense, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a methodical approach to work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong command of Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
