We are currently recruiting a Business & Performance Analyst (m/f) to join our team, in Sintra.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards;
  • Creating CRM data reports that meet the needs of the different Business Units;
  • Create and maintain dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams;
  • Provide support to the Business Unit management team whenever necessary.
  • Collect, process, and validate supplier/wholesaler data related to advance discounts or other types of information.
  • Place replenishment orders related to advance discounts from wholesalers.
  • Collect, process, and validate data from the Sales Team/Customers regarding established agreements.
  • Develop and propose performance KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
  • Suggest new methods, techniques, and technologies to meet or exceed Commercial Objectives
  • Produce performance reports on KPIs for Internal Sales / Sell-Out Sales and monitor progress at various hierarchical levels
  • Prepare monthly activity reports
  • Participate in Team meetings



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing or others;
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis ( preferential );
  • Experience in CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or others;
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with data integration, BI tools (Power BI);
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English ( preferential )
